Week 5 run 3😫

Was dreading this one as it’s a big leap from previous runs but it started to feel better around the ten minute mark the start was hard.but the main point Is i did it as much as I wanted to break to a walk I pushed on and so glad I did I can now start to see light at the end of the tunnel 😀

Body protested early on but that soon settles down and you are correct most of it is in the mind
