Found this run slightly easier than run 1, which I’m pleased about. Found that by breaking it up into groups of 2.5 mins/10% helps my mind focus on the positive rather than thinking how hard it is. Go me!

Great work.
I always find the second run of a week easier.
Great that you've got a plan that works for you on these longer runs.
I do wonder about how long I've got left, but once I get a route worked out, I know roughly how far I've gone. Then I have Laura on the podcast telling me how long gone/left.
Whereabouts is your route? I ran past (only a bit quicker) a lady with earphones in today on Clapgate Lane. I waved and gave a thumbs up as passed her, I then tried to make sure I didn't fall over...
