I'm back after a very long break. I'm planning on starting C25K again having graduated some time ago. Recently been exercising and feel ready for this challenge again. Looking forward to catching up with (hopefully) some names from the past......... I'll let you know when I start. Wish me luck! x

Hiya SB. I'm still going too, new location which involves hills for the first time! I keep having timeouts though. Now my MS is giving me grief again so I'm saving my energy for, well, life! I'll join you plodding again soon hopefully. Good luck, and keep reporting in x
