Well I did it, according to my watch including my warm ups I did 3.25 Miles so in my eyes I DID MY First 5k. Must admit took me 15 minutes to get into a rhythm and after that it got slightly easier 😣😣😣
My legs felt so heavy and only stopped once for about 10 seconds so all in all not too bad. Have two days off before next run so hoping my poor legs don't ache too much over the next couple if days.
