20 minute run tomorrow.. apprehensive 😬😬

So after an 8 hour shift on my feet, I’ve got my first long continuous run tomorrow evening .. can’t help feeling a tad worried - any tips ??

If possible take a few hours break before running after work, perhaps do your run 1 hour before sunset when it should be a bit cooler. I assume its week 5 run 3, the 20-minute run, just take it slow and steady, drink water and stretch before you run, it's not as bad as some people think, all the best, keep cheery.
