I am due to start w8 on Mon but on my last run I had a few twinges in my knee ...I have bought a compression bangage for it will put that on before my run ...My question is would you go out on Mon and give it a go or give it a few more days ..It's only painful when I run ..Alright otherwise ..Thanks

I’d see how it feels on Monday. If it is sore, rest it another day. And repeat.

I would rest it for as long as you need. I worried I'd loose fitness if I didn't run but you'll loose more if you run and injury yourself badly! I wish I'd done strength and conditioning exercises alongside c25k when I started. I think this would have made the rest of my body more able to cope with running, so I'd recommend them. Have a look on NHS choices website and search for them- lovely pod cast on there 😀
