I’ve been doing C25K for 5 weeks but found W3 hard then went back to the beginning - the reason I was doing it was to do the 5K Race for Life at Regents Park yesterday. I did a mixture of jogging and brisk walking and did it in 43 minutes. For me, that’s a miracle! The training was a huge help. Keep going all!
