Effect of altitude

Hi all, newbie here. Started C25K last week and completed W2R1 today - no problems and a nice morning out in our local country lanes. I spend a lot of time at a holiday home which is at about 4200 feet above sea level, and will be there from week 4 until the end of the programme. I don’t normally notice the altitude differences when I'm there, but I've never tried running. Am I likely to need to repeat a week or two when I get there?

People train at altitude as it increases your red blood cells as there is less oxygen which in turn increases your o2 (oxygen) levels within the blood if i remember correctly from my uni days it takes a couple of weeks for the changes. I'd imagine that your first run their would feel harder so maybe give one repeat run to see how you cope.
