Yesterday I done week 6 run 1 and within 90 seconds of the first running segment I suddenly got shin splints, I persevered and finished the session but all the way through it was almost unbearable, now I'm dreading w6r2 tomorrow.
I have experienced it before since starting this and dropping my pace normally resolved it but yesterday nothing seemed to make it go, even on the walking segments it was constantly there. The irony is when I done the 20 minute run last Friday other than being out of breath and sweating out of everywhere there was no pain or discomfort
