Going to start again

A couple weeks ago I had to stop after completing week 1 due to a resurfacing knee injury.

It's healed now and I got a knee support that is supposed to help with running so I'm going to start over.

Update: completed w1r1. The shin under my damaged knee is very painful. Looks like running isn't for me :/ at least not right now.

The pain is gone after the 5min walk at least.

Just make sure you're not "running on empty". (Great Profile Pic).
