I feel as though I’ve pulled a mussel behind my knee??? It’s a new one for me!

Is this normal?

Can I do anything to help it?

Next run is planned for Sunday, but also have a yoga class tomorrow which may help?!

I'm not an expert but it sounds like a hamstring issue. Sorry I can't offer any advice but you should give it a few days rest and don't run on it if it's painful. If it's still sore in a few days then it's time to see a physio.
