2 months after downloading the App I still hadn't lost weight so have decided to start doing the running!

Week 1 Run 1 nailed on Tuesday but still aching today, feeling my hamstring a little. Wanted to get Run 2 done today but may have to leave it 24hrs #frustrating Or maybe I am just looking for an excuse!

Ha ha Rich! If only it was as easy as just downloading the app !

If you’re “aching” then get yourself out there and get on with it.

If you’re “hurting” then have another rest day, then get on with it tomo.

Lecture over . You’ll soon look forward to your runs but it is a bit of a shock to the system at first. Listen to me- the “expert “ on week 6!!😂

Check this out...lots of advice.

Warm up well..... stretch after each and every run..

Then..slow down... and if you are struggling, slow down even more:)

Also, weight loss is not really guaranteed wit C25K, weight redistribution and toning are more likely to occur. But you have completed the hardest part - you have stat C25K - good luck 8-)
