Stepping Stones really increased my pace

This has probably been well-discussed before but my own experience of the Couch to 5K+ Stepping Stones soundtrack with Laura has been excellent.

I’ve gone from doing couch to 5K pace of 11.30 to 12.00 minute miles throughout the course to 10.23 miles now which means I could feasibly do a 5K in 33 mins.

Like any of this business, it’s not easy but having a clear objective to run to the beat was really good for me. Shows how important the soundtrack is if you’re not a natural well-paced athlete, I’m certainly not!

Don’t expect to catch every beat towards the end, but just keep going and it’ll come good!
