Well signed up for the rundisney half marathon in September through the week sort of on a whim! I last ran about 2 years ago when I (barely)completed a 5k with minimal training beforehand and in my younger years did a couple of 10ks. I’m fairly overweight and unfit but I’m not running to lose weight, its more like a hobby I’ve always wanted to be good at I’m restarting with c25k and just completed my W1R1 and actually enjoyed it! Not worried about speed but just want to complete - I’ve been a lurker in here for years and have often been inspired by the posts here so just wanted say hi and hopefully keep you up to date with my progress x
