I have a Nokia Lumia dose the app work on this phone?

The Nokia Lumia uses a Microsoft operating system, doesn't it? The app is available for Google Android and Apple iPhone systems only I believe, so no go for the app. But I expect that you could use the Couch to 5k podcasts. They contain more or less the same content as the app delivered by the wonderful Laura, plus built-in music the flavour of which you may need to become accustomed to.Those are mp3 audio files that I would think the Nokia can play, as long as you have a way to download them and get them on to that phone.
