Finished w2r3 on Monday. I normally run in the morning but overslept so went at night instead. Totally knackered me for the next 3 days. Starting w3r1 tomorrow but s bit nervous. I’m 50 and overweight. Having problem with right knee and left groin. Any tips.

A few aches and pains are normal when we start the programme. Give yourself extra rest days and make sure you stretch after each run.
