Week 6; Run 3

After successfully doing the 20 minutes at the end of week 5, I thought this would be quite straightforward. After ten minutes, though I was starting to flag.

But after the half way bell, it got easier. And it carried on getting easier till I finished it comfortably.

Is this the second wind I’ve heard so much about?

A lot of people (me included) struggled with this run - you did it though!

Sometimes it does get easier (second wind), sometimes it’s tough, sometimes you fly through! I’ve tried not to analyse it anymore - some runs are great, some bad with no rhyme or reason!

Good luck, graduation not far away now!

Have to agree. I did run 2 at the weekend, two ten minute runs. Nearly passed out!

You must mean W6R1, not R3.............it is your longest workout to date.......
