I have two. The one I have used over and over has two zip pockets, one slightly bigger than the other. About £6 or so. The other belt has two small water bottles but is really only for longer runs. More expensive.

I would suggest you need to know what you want to carry in it, then go view at any sports chain store. If you wish to carry a phone ensure the pocket is big enough. I carry phone, keys, Parkrun bar code. card with ID details......in case, tissue, and occasionally a few dates if running 8k plus. There are loads to choose from.

Many of us have the Freetoo belt on Amazon.. £7.99 I think... I have one too, as Millsie-J has, for longer runs, with water bottles, but that is for later in your journey maybe:)
