Got be honest, it wasn’t easy , but determination got me through 👍🏻

Now I’m going to rest for the weekend and do Wk1 R2 on Monday

Well done on completing your first session and starting the program Sarah😊..

Every run you do is building you up for the next, the program really works, take the run intervals nice and steady just a gentle jog and prepare to be amazed at what you can acheive.
