Afternoon, managed to get my run in today, later than I normally like, but a run is a run...heavy legs today, I was fleet of foot and good on Monday so I have accepted there is no rhyme or reason to it , it’s just sometimes suck it up and press on...

Gonna hopefully do my last run for graduation on Friday.....9 weeks ago that seemed a long way off....crazy 🤪

Yes I’m the same W9R2 it should have been great today no rain for a change lovely and sunny.

But I’m happy to have got through it only 1 more run I’m planning in my head the next stages to go through.
