Take Two Week one

So coming back off the IC (and still discovering that my body is bizarre - this week we’ve discovered my right hip is dropping when I run and is much weaker than my left so I’m now on Physio plan number 3 - that’s one for calf strengthening to avoid shin splints, two for core and now three for hip!). Anyway thanks to your advice I’ve done week one again. It’s been fine - my shin splint pain is gone although my Physio is bemused by he fact that I have some pain further down near my ankle now - it has almost migrated!

Anyway, slowly and steadily does it hey guys😉

Thanks - I’m just bloody minded and know that the running showing up these underlying weaknesses and issues is in many ways a good thing as I can address them and hopefully keep me moving much better into old age 😂
