I did the W9W2 this morning, and want to start on exercising on the other days to support my running...especially building up my stability, glutes and core. Has anyone tried the NHS strength and flexibility podcast? Is it satisfying?

Many of us exercise on rest days from the beginning of the programme...and beyond... we need our stamina and strength building alongside our legs.
You have done well to reach week 9 without that
Many of us used this..alongside the C25K programme..

Also, any non impact exercise too is extremely beneficial..many of us have daily routines to supplement our running; climbing, walking, swimming, cycling, weights, Pilates , Yoga will all be beneficial to your overall fitness.

Did the first strength and flexibility tonight. Couldn’t find a bar or tree branch for pull-ups (🤣), but otherwise very pleasant.
