hmmm make sure it's not too much you feel you need - just be sure you're not secretly also under the weather or having some vitamin or mineral or thyroid etc. deficiency

Yes! Overall I've been more tired than ever since I started this program. But I had surgery last year and did zero activity for a long time. I hope as I become more fit, the exhaustion will go away.
