Yes I did spell check it first!😉 This afters was a test on it’s own, in driving rain, through puddles and wet tarmac in a very wet park, however it’s done and onto the final test.

Should I enter a 5k parkrun to end on a high or should I just share the run with my mentor? Mr Micheal Johnson?

Whatever you do for your graduation run, make sure you set up the conditions fro it to be memorable.

If going to parkrun, follow the programme, don't go off too fast, remember to take your barcode and register your club as NHS C25k.
