Apps for Garmin

Hiya can anyone recommend an app for the Garmin Forerunner 235 to help me start the C25k from scratch again please? #allthegearnoidea

I don't think there is such a thing as Apps for a Garmin 235??? A Garmin 235 is a running watch.

The newer watches have apps now. They are trying to make them more like the iwatch I think. The newest one, the fenix has a pay facility on it.

You can log in to Garmin connect and set up workouts which would take you through warm up, run / walk, cool down but I'm not aware of an app that would give you the whole shebang

I’ve not looked at the apps for my garmin. I was going to put the hiking one on with the trail of a walk but them I realised I could not see it very well even with my Glasses 😀. I use the run/walk feature,on my vivioactive, does the 235 have that. If it does I would just set it up each week to the relevant times and it will beep and vibrate for the run/walk sections.
