Oh well on the way back now...funeral as good as these things can be...tears and laughter, catching up with family that we only see at such events!!
Now we need to to call into the hospital on our way each as my dad got taken in on Thursday!! Am so looking forward to getting out there and clearing my head!!!
Head clearing running is some of the best running you can do, so hope you get to do one soon...
