Morning all, was up early, for me that is, and after breakfast set off for my last run of W7 🏃🏃
Set off just after 7.30 for the warm up and boy did I need it, I started doubting whether T-shirt and shorts was a good idea 😱 but after starting my run, I was soon warmed up 😎
My intention was to run 2.5mls this week and I did it.....even managing a burst for the last minute!
Feeling rather pleased with myself and set myself up nicely for W8 🏃🏃

There, I knew r2 was just a ‘blip’! Well done on a stonking r3 and so glad you’re smiling again 😀. You’ve set yourself quite a target; that’s great work running 2.5, and with a finishing burst too! I think you were a hero to brave it in shorts and t-shirt (it was freezing here first thing). Go runner! 👍🏻🏃♂️
Aww shucks 😊 Thanks Angela. It was OK once I’d got running, a bit chilly on the warm up walk but lovely during the cool down.

Week 7 run 3 complete. I am not following a schedule as just trying to fit in as took a new job with 150 miles driving each day but managed to fit this one in and onto week 8 next.
