Well as it’s got so dark I’ve been running on the treadmill at the gym and have found it’s much easier which is probably not a good thing! But also much more boring so looking forward to getting outdoors at the weekend for w9r1. I’ve signed up with my local jogscotland group so am going to run with them in Sunday morning. I hope they’re friendly and patient!
I am also following with interest those of you who are trying Parkrun this weekend, I’ve got myself a barcode but still nervous about actually going for 5k when I’m only managing about 4K just now including the 10 mins walking. Good advice I think to just do 30 mins then walk.
Quite apprehensive about finishing the programme which has been such a good motivator and it’s really nice to hear from people who have finished already and are still on the forum. Hopefully I can stay as motivated as you guys!
