well after having to have a week off due to a knee injury I've now just finished week 3! I never thought U'd be able to run more than a minute after week one but I can.... slightly dreading the 5 mins now!

This is of interest to me as Ive just done the first run in week 3. I can only say to you that every week Ive slightly dreaded the next week’s time,but it’s always been ok- and well done you!

Well done!! I have a habit of dreading next run while looking forward to it at the same time and I’ve always been pleasantly surprised! I’m starting Week 7 tomorrow! You can do it!! 😀
