Well only one more to go and I cannot wait. Today was harder to start with as just could not get into my rhythm and it was cold.

I think the days of just wearing a running vest have gone!! I need to buy a long sleeve running shirt.It takes about 10 mins to start warming up and even in this cold weather and with shorts my legs & feet are warm. I say cold weather but it not really cold so I must be getting soft.

Funny I used to see people be it they were much much younger running in shorts in frosty weather and I thought they were mad. Now I understand as pounding the tarmac their legs kept warm. Then we have the postman & parcel delivery men that are always in shorts, brr.

A lightweight run jacket and a long sleeved dri fit tee is a boon they are cheap as chips so no need to break the bank
