Exercised induced Asthma

So as I mentioned earlier I’m on week 5 next run 2. Dreading it so any tips on how to manage the runs with asthma. Doing ok taking my inhaler twice in morning and in eve and if I need it but find I’m struggling managing my breathing and it can feel as if my lungs are going to explode.

I don't have asthma so can't offer any advice. But there are loads of people on this site who run with asthma. If you use the search button here you'll see past posts with various advice.

But maybe you should speak to your nurse or GP as each person is different.
