Hi. Does the cold make it more difficult? My last run for week 2 was really hard . I finished it and about to start w3. But should i be doing something such more warm up?

It can do... make sure you are really warm before you leave the house and a longer warm up may help. I do some dynamic stretching before I start off, ( that is my choice...many folk don't pre-run stretch), and I walked for fifteen minutes the other day before my 8K run :)

The right gear and a Buff for cold air weather helps with breathing etc...I also have my thermal hat!

So... yes, warm up well and take it gently :)

Why not 😃. I warm up in the house by doing a few moves. 30 seconds each x 2 of warm up exercises, eg high knees, arm swings, jump rope without the rope, skaters, jumping jacks and hip swings. The I hit the road and do at least a ten minute warm up walk, or even longer. I am really slow to get going

Good luck 👍🙂
