Week 5 Run 3 !!

Was a wee bit nervous when I set out this morning as I’d been reading how the 20min run was a big jump up!

However I needn’t have worried as it was ok and I felt fine although there was no wind to run into today! Very chilly with a ground frost and to make it even more special I spotted a young deer in a field!! Set me up for the day!!!

Well done, Sarakc.

That run is a major step psychologically but actually the programme builds in a very gentle progression, which means the physical step up is minimal, in fact the total workout is a minute shorter than the previous one.

Keep running, keep smiling.
