Week 5 has really kicked things up a notch, running for 20 minutes for the first time tomorrow is going to be an interesting challenge. One of the biggest things I’ve learnt so far is just how much running is about mental strength and that is really going to be tested tomorrow.
Can’t wait to get out there in the morning and give it my best shot, anyone else hitting the 20 minute run tomorrow?
