Week one day one loved it! Going to keep motivated and do this. How do you track what you have done on the app?

I down loaded something call MapMyRun to my iphone which is on while lm running and it works all the stats out. Great program loving it too. 🏃👍

Welcome :-) and you're already ahead of the pack if you've a) started and b) loved it!

Just remember not to get over excited and run too fast, or you'll struggle to complete the sessions, and maybe hurt yourself. Slow and steady is the name of the game here! Don't forget to have a rest day in between runs too, as your body needs time to recover.

Oh the only other rule on here is to tell us all how you got on next time!!!

Oh - and I use an app called Pacer which seems ok
