Happy happy bunny! After a 5 day gap, I went out for run 1 and despite feeling like I'd slowed down in pace from last week, I did the 5 minute runs without feeling like I was dying π Bit tougher than last week, but I did it!!! Still amazed by the way my body is adjusting each week! Can't wait to get out for Run2 now! πππ

It's amazing isn't it? My legs hurt today but still looking forward to Wk4R2 tomorrow - how crazy is that?!
