Slowly does it....

So week 8 Run 3 done - 2 days later than the week it should have been in but done. Had a migraine on Sunday (my 52nd birthday too!) so am just over the week but about to start the final week - still only doing about 3.6km but will really push this week I think. All of your tips on fuel are helping too - found some peanut butter protein bars 😁

The final push is on. Except a friend is trying to persuade me to enter the local GEAR 10k next May πŸ˜‚

Ooh not long now!! Enjoy week 9, it's great.

Don't worry about distance, take it slowly.
