We all get runs that can get to us sometimes, the best thing is not to let the Gremlins in. Next time try and take it a little slower and see if that helps, you are doing really well.
Yes, some runs just feel harder for some reason. Not enough sleep, food, water or maybe too much vino the day before can be some reasons. Or sometimes it's just one of those things. Crack on to run 3 though, I bet it will be so much bette.
Slow down then
If it is hard, just relax, land lightly and enjoy The slower, and the steadier... you will be just fine
Thank you for all your help I am thinking it might have been the fact that I walked my daughter to school and that is a 2 mile round trip before I even went on my run
I found week 2 run 2 the hardest so far! I did week 3 run 1 last night and it was nowhere near as hard as I imagined! My breathing seemed to have clicked and my legs didn't feel like they were going to fall off like the week before! Keep going! You're doing great! Xx
