Survived it !! (yesterday) Super slow, but kept jogging - and that's what matters. Still feeling challenged - but not to an extent that at any point I'm ready to give up. I'm hoping the first proper big one on Thursday will feel the same.
Advice in addition to go slow and keep breathing is greatly appreciated!
