Week 1 Run 3 - Week 1 completed 😄

Just back from the above rune.Now for some reason I found this the hardest of the 3.Not sure why,I have been dieting too as have a lot to lose and have lost 9 pound in my first week.Feel a little bit disappointed with how hard it felt but pleased I'm through week 1.

Never feel disappointed when you have achieved great things! Some runs are harder but you did it!

Ach! We all have a bad run now and again, and you finished, so all is well. 9Ib weight loss in one week sounds like rather a lot - maybe you hadn't eaten enough to fuel your run? I always eat a banana before a longer / more challenging run and make sure I drink plenty. x

Sounds like you're loosing weight quickly, but take care if you're running without enough fuel to keep you going, and also make sure you're drinking enough.
