I ran for 25mins! Que smiley face.
Same new route as the 20 mins last week. But the 5 mins extra meant another hill to run up.
I wondered if my drive weary legs would manage it after the Nottingham uni drive yesterday and back but all seemed fine and I was determined. Phoned uni dropped off daughter on the cool down walk and all is good.
Looking forward to wk7 progress.
