If you can't breathe easily you are running too fast.

Slow down.

If you run fast and hard it is tough going............ask Mo Farah.

Slow down.

Running slowly still builds stamina and is much more enjoyable.

Slow down.

Got the message?

Slow it right down. If you were walking really briskly and were out of breath you would slow down. Its the same with this. Slow it down. Slowly does it. And then slow down a bit.

As for the bright red face...as we approach the dark autumn and winter nights I think they have built that in as a safety feature.

In the meantime slow it right down. My average speed between the brisk walk and my joffle (jog/shuffle) is not that far apart.

Slow it down.

I'm liking the built in safety feature, even better if it flashed 😂😂

As my son tells me #embracethebeetroot

You, my fellow runner, get stronger...with each and every run:)

Slow and steady does it... and try very hard to relax:) Breathe gently, like you do every second of the day :)

Our lovely friend IannodaTruffe has said it all.. slow is the word:)
