Week four is more stupendously well calculated stretching of your running stamina, taking you where you may never have been and preparing you for the next one.

Each run is as hard or as easy as you make it. Think positive and run as slowly as you need to.

Keep running, keep smiling.

A third of the way through, well done you. W4 is a nice one....
