A little bit anxious as I've just checked the weather for my morning run and it's supposed to be blustery! Hope I get through it without any drama! How do you all manage the changing weather conditions?

what are you actually anxious about?

I don't know about anyone else but I don't like running against 40 mph winds such as those we have here tonight. Sometimes walking is difficult enough. So I have signed up to my local gym which is a convenient 5 minute warm up walk away. When my painful frozen shoulder decides to thaw, I'll be able to do some cross training too.

I guess I'm worried about how well I'll cope with the running if the wind is against me and how it will impact on my breathing! I'm now going out so we'll see how it goes.

Good lass, I think if we want to be runners we have to take variances of the weather in our stride and just go with the flow (or against it)

BUT whatever the weather throws at us don't worry just enjoy, whats it matter if we're a little slower another day the wind may push us along

Just enjoy

Embrace the changes. It makes for interesting runs. I hope you had a good one this morning!

You just get out and run... as long as the conditions are not dangerous.. you just run. If it is really strong high winds, then wait until it eases...then you just run... a buff, and a cap jammed on to your head can be useful!

I graduate the week before Christmas 2015.. and ran through some grotty weather en route.. also some amazing weather too...I nearly got drowned once, but that was a very unkind White Van man's fault :)

Take it slow and take it steady :) You will be fine:)

PS

This may entertain you, if you have a moment free:)
