Cripes! A day at school new term followed by my 5th run it was very hard today and at one point I nearly stopped but I made myself do it.

Thank you walking and shuffling would be a more accurate description right now!! Wk1 repeated decided to do wk 1 day 3 twice

You are assuming it gets harder. It doesn't. Especially not for people who don't go "Oh I think I'll let myself off today, first day back and all that" and who get out there. Bravo.

It will at times be hard but with every run you are getting stronger and fitter and a great way to unwind after a busy day
