Hi all! I'm finally back after being seen off by the dreaded shin splints. I spent all summer on a stationary bike and lost a stone. Now I'm on week 1 again using a moov tracker to try to ascertain what the problem is. Think I've found it! As soon as I pick up my pace my impact goes sky high. Can anyone give me any tips please?
