Off out at the crack of dawn again this morning for Week 9 Run 2. Now I don't know if it was the smoke in the air (Jasper's scenery is covered in a smoky haze from British Columbia's wild fires) or the seafood puttanesca and patio punch at the local last night but I really struggled to get my breathing right this morning. I tend to breathe on every 4 steps, the breathing out was fine but I was struggling to get the air in! Plodded on and eventually got some oxygen flowing. Nice of Jasper to provide a cute little path to run up and down.
Sarah Millican is already saying her goodbyes π’ What am I going to do without her cheering me on?!
In other news both my sister and mum and just downloaded the app so I'll point theM towards the forum for help and encouragement π

Fab, that is officially one foot and a toe on the podium. Patio punch also sounds glorious, but maybe not the best prep drink. Enjoy W3 and it's great that you graduate in such a beautiful country
You know the form... steady and slow and take it gently. When you hit that podium, there is so, so ,much more to move forward with... so do not disappear!
Well done you for enrolling Mum and sister too! Yeay!!!
