Trying to work out how that's a rest day, but still you know what you're doing.... but maybe just maybe lessen the load next time... and nothing ventured nothing gained, channel your inner Oldfloss and you'll be fine. Good luck later on

I know think I over did it!, but I take two rest days so thought different exercise on second would be a good idea, seems like I don't know what I'm doing!!

I think you do it just sounds an awful lot of stuff to do. The micro tears and all that biology stuff that IannodaTruffe warns about, I am no expert but I think some of the the training stuff you described could be working the self same muscles. Anyway chillax and have a go, but please go slow...

Take it slow and steady.... and enjoy... start, not fearing..but, Knowing, you will do it!

My rest days are often busier and more action packed than run days... but it all helps the stamina.

Just go with the run, relax into it and let your legs take you through!

You can do this:)

Yep, just did it! Pretty pleased. Trying not to look at distance as I know it's not about 5 k being achieved but I'm a sucker for targets it seems !

Just make the target, running for 30 minutes..comfortably and injury free...that will do for starters... :)

Well done you. Glad you did it injury free
