Just been for a hospital screening. Again told I have the blood pressure and heart rate of an athlete 🤣🤣 As a 55yo, hip replaced asthmatic woman who has only just graduated from c25k don't think I am athlete standard but why do I get so red and out of breath when I run??

Maybe we all just like shades of red on this forum, because from Week 1ers to graduates, we all seem to still get them.... 👍😇👟
