Feeling awesome. I never in a million years could have imagined running continuously for 20mins. It was touch and go a couple of times though but set my feet going and focused on the road ahead and the music.
WK5R3 you didn't beat me π: Feeling awesome. I... - Couch to 5K
WK5R3 you didn't beat me π
I've just done W5R3 too. It feels amazing to have done it doesn't it π
Well done bith of you its a great feeli& achievement πmore than half way there now!! π
I'm starting to feel like a runner ππ»ββοΈ. I never thought I'd be the person who runs before work but it really has set me up for the day
Wow ! Fantastic!
What an amazing achievement
I gave up after I couldn't do W5 R2 and haven't ran for weeks
BUT after popping on here and reading all the amazing stories of people's achievements I'm going to put the trainers back on and start again today
I WILL NOT LET THIS BEAT ME !
Wow! π³ Good luck Jam123. We're all behind you cheering you on? Can you hear us? πππ
I certainly can ππ» x
Don't give up for not managing a run! You might just be tired, having a bad day, still sore from previous run or whatever. Have a day or two's rest, repeat the last run you finished to get the brain back into success mode, and crack on!
It's definitely 'mind over matter' π
I just did my w5r3 too - so chuffed with myself!!! Well done guys
So you should be !! That's fantastic!! Well Done you !!
One day I'll get there π
X
Wonderful! Very well done. I started couch to five k back in 2013 and also cannot believe that I am now able to run 5k regularly at my local park run.
Good luck with your on going journey.......it just gets better and better.
I am on week 4 and stupidly looked ahead wk5r3 seems an impossible task I feel like I might do it reading this. Although I might do week 4 again just to make sure π
Lots including me thought it wouldn't be possible but we have all managed it - go for it! Concentrate on one run at a time.
Nickiwabit is right Glamgran69. Everyone feels the same. But believe in the programme and you will surprise yourself β
I did the same, thought the same re repeating w4, but tackled 5 anyway. W5R1 achieved to my delight, and having read many posts about others who looked at r2 and r3, couldn't believe they could do them but did, I can't believe I'll do them but I guess I will! And you will achieve r1, and you will feel superb!!
Well done ππ»
Well done to you and all the other W5R3 achievers. It's an amazing experience, one I didn't think I could do either but did it! πββοΈππ»π
Well done - that run makes you feel great doesn't it?
Ain't nothing going to stop you now!!!
Keep running, keep smiling.
